Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Project Support Administrator on behalf of our valued client, based in Gillingham. This Project Support Administrator opportunity is ideal for an organised and detail‑focused individual who enjoys supporting projects and working to deadlines. As the appointed Project Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring accurate coordination of information and documentation.
About the Role:
Providing administrative support across multiple projects
Maintaining project documentation, trackers, and action logs
Supporting project meetings, including scheduling and minute taking
Liaising with internal teams to gather updates and progress reports
Assisting with reporting, compliance checks, and project milestones
About You:
Previous experience in project support or administration
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Salary & Working Pattern:
£25,000–£29,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, full‑time
